Job Overview
We are a 4-times TOPPER CLUB, Farmers Insurance Agency located in Chino Hills, CA; looking for a couple very motivated and customer-focused Insurance Sales Representative(s) to join our team. Depends on your area of interest, you will help individuals and/or businesses find insurance solutions that fit their needs, while growing your own book of business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys sales, building relationships, and making a positive impact in the community.
Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred)
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to explain complex information clearly
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and organized
- Multilingual abilities
- State insurance license (or willingness to obtain)
Responsibilities
Prospect and Generate Leads
- Identify potential clients through networking, referrals, cold calling, and marketing activities.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients.
Assess Customer Needs
- Evaluate clients financial situations, risk profiles, and coverage requirements.
- Recommend suitable insurance policies (e.g., life, health, property, casualty).
Present and Sell Products
- Explain policy features, benefits, and pricing in a clear and professional manner.
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and coverage comparisons.
Customer Service & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with your clients.
- Provide ongoing support for policy changes, renewals, and claims questions.
Account Manage your own book of business
- Complete required applications, forms, and documentation accurately.
- Maintain records using CMS (Client Management System) and follow compliance guidelines.
Meet Sales Goals
- Achieve monthly and annual production targets to receive bonus.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, product changes, and regulatory requirements.
