We are currently seeking a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our clients while contributing to the overall success and growth of our agency. As part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work in a supportive atmosphere and be part of a dynamic agency on the rise. If you have previous insurance experience or a Life and Health License, you'll be able to earn even more for cross-selling accounts and make commission for new policies sold.

Salary Range: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Requirements
  • Candidate must have an active Georgia Property and Casualty License.
  • Life Insurance License is a plus
  • Preferred candidate would have previous insurance or office experience.
  • Pay meticulous attention to detail when reviewing policies, contracts, and client data to minimize errors and ensure the highest level of accuracy.
  • Candidate must have basic computer software knowledge. This includes being proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Communicate effectively through written and verbal means, both with clients and team members, to provide clear, concise, and informative responses.
  • Exemplify professionalism over the phone, in writing, and in the office to create a positive work environment and ensure effective communication.
Responsibilities
  • Nurture strong customer relationships and aim to increase client retention and product loyalty.
  • Utilize various computer systems for daily transactions, take premium payments, review, update, and make changes to policies, claim handling, and endorsements.
  • Enter data accurately and keep track of records regularly to ensure the accuracy and validity of the information.
  • Answering incoming phone calls and scheduling appointments.
  • Continue to look for and recognize opportunities to cross-sell/account rounding.
  • Assist clients in navigating their insurance policies and answering any questions they may have.
