High school diploma or equivalent

High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Process accounts payable transactions, including verifying and recording invoices and applying payments.

Manage the three-way matching process for invoices, purchase orders, and receiving reports.

Prepare and execute weekly payment runs, ensuring timely disbursement to vendors.

Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.

Maintain accurate vendor files and ensure all documentation is properly filed and stored.

Respond to vendor inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

Assist with month-end closing procedures related to accounts payable.

Support the accounting team with ad-hoc projects and analysis as needed.
