We are seeking an experienced and motivated Mortgage Loan Processor to join our high-performing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in guiding loan files from application through closing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and an outstanding experience for every borrower. Salary Range: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Hands on Training

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Mortgage Loan Processor (broker or retail bank background welcome)
• Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in income calculation including W-2, self-employed, and rental income
• Knowledge of underwriting guidelines (conventional, FHA, VA, USDA)
• Experience clearing and satisfying underwriting conditions
• Familiarity with LOS platforms (Arive, Encompass, Calyx, or similar)
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages

• Review and process residential mortgage loan applications from submission to closing

• Accurately calculate income from W-2s, tax returns, self-employment docs, and other sources

• Analyze and clear underwriting conditions in a timely and thorough manner

• Coordinate with loan officers, realtors, title companies, and borrowers throughout the process

• Maintain organized and compliant loan files in accordance with lender guidelines

• Communicate proactively with all parties — in both English and Spanish as needed

• Support teammates and contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment
