We are looking for a motivated and goal-driven Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. This is a performance-based role ideal for someone who thrives on connecting with people, exceeding targets, and maximizing earnings potential. You'll be supported by a strong team culture and leadership that rewards hard work. Candidates can expect a first year on-track earning potential of $75,000+

Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license required prior to starting
- Candidate must be willing to work 8:30am-5:30pm Central Time
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Team player with a positive attitude and a collaborative mindset
Responsibilities
- Make 80–100 outbound calls per day to potential clients
- Provide at least 5 insurance quotes daily
- Achieve 2 hours of talk time per day to build meaningful client relationships
- Educate clients on Allstate’s insurance products and match solutions to their needs
- Meet and exceed sales targets while contributing to team goals
