We specialize in helping local businesses—especially contractors—handle their General Liability and Workers' Compensation. Your ability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish will make you an indispensable partner to our clients and a leader in our agency.

What You’ll Do: You'll start by completing our comprehensive training program, then you'll take incoming phone calls to help current customers with their policy updates like updating accounts and sending certificates of insurance for their projects. You'll then learn how to quote and bind new policies.

Bridge the Gap: Use your bilingual skills to assist our Spanish-speaking business owners with their policies, payment, renewals, and certificates.

Master the Craft: Start each day with a team kickoff and training huddle.
