Bryson Karren in GLENWOOD SPRINGS, Colorado, is looking for a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Full-Time Entry Level Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager. If you have a passion for delivering excellent customer service and enjoy working in a proactive environment, this is the role for you. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support on insurance accounts to help our clients protect their assets. You will help them ensure they have the coverage they need.

No prior experience? No problem!

You’ll have the opportunity to grow your knowledge of the insurance industry and you’ll benefit from additional avenues for growth and advancement. We will teach you everything you need to know about insurance. You will even have the opportunity to move up on our growing team.

Salary Range: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour

• Must be bilingual. Fluent in Spanish and English is a requirement.
• Must be willing to get insurance license. We will provide all the training and materials. We even pay you to complete this!
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week.
• Must be able to work independently and be a problem-solver. (We provide all the training you will need!)
• Excellent phone skills.
• Friendly personality

Handle inbound phone calls on existing accounts

• Process insurance policy changes for existing accounts
• Create proposals for insurance for Spanish and English speaking clients
• Take payments and handle billing changes on new and existing accounts

Help walk in clients

• Help clients as they come in to manage their insurance needs, including creating quotes for their insurance policies.
• Leave clients with a smile on their face as they leave the office!

Work in a Team Environment

• Collaborate with team members to ensure a high level of customer experience for each client
