Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and responsive Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support our daily operations by managing schedules, coordinating communications, and solving problems with a proactive approach. You will also learn the insurance industry. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy contributing to a team’s success, we want to hear from you! We have an excellent training program to help you.

The first month you will learn the administrative aspect of running the office. Month two you will learn how to assist existing clients in servicing their accounts.

Salary Range: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Docs and Sheets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Strong math skills
Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, including appointments and travel arrangements.
  • Respond promptly to internal and external communications, ensuring a seamless flow of information.
  • Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines effectively.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with attention to detail.
  • Assist in project management by tracking progress and following up on action items.
  • Develop and implement efficient administrative processes to improve team productivity.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Act as a point of contact for various departments, facilitating smooth interdepartmental communication.
  • Reconcile sales results with bank transactions in Quickbooks.
