Bryson Karren in GLENWOOD SPRINGS, Colorado, is looking for a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Full-Time Commercial Insurance Assistant. If you have a passion for delivering excellent customer service and enjoy working in a proactive environment, this is the role for you. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support on Commercial Contractor accounts to help businesses protect their assets. You will help them ensure they have the coverage they need.
No prior experience? No problem!
This is the perfect opportunity to transfer your personal lines experience to break into commercial lines. You’ll have the opportunity to grow your knowledge of the insurance industry and you’ll benefit from additional avenues for growth and advancement. We will teach you everything you need to know about commercial lines products and services. You will even have the opportunity to move up on our amazing team.
Salary Range: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour

Requirements
- Must be bilingual. Fluent in Spanish and English is a requirement.
- Must be willing to get insurance license. We will provide all the training and materials. We even pay you to complete this.
- Must be able to work 40 hours per week.
- Must be able to work independently and be a problem-solver. (We provide all the training you will need!)
- Excellent phone skills.

Responsibilities
- Process insurance policy changes for existing accounts
- Create proposals for insurance for Spanish and English speaking commercial clients
- Take payments and handle billing changes on new and existing accounts
