Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, including appointments and travel arrangements.
- Respond promptly to internal and external communications, ensuring a seamless flow of information.
- Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines effectively.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with attention to detail.
- Assist in project management by tracking progress and following up on action items.
- Develop and implement efficient administrative processes to improve team productivity.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Act as a point of contact for various departments, facilitating smooth interdepartmental communication.
