- Must be fluent in Spanish and English
-Must be willing to get insurance licensed (we provide the needed training and we pay for it!)
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling paperwork and client information.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a busy office environment.
- Proficiency in using office equipment such as phones, printers, and computer software.
- Knowledge of insurance products and policies is a plus, but not required.

- Process applications for new policies, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
- Handle policy-related inquiries, policy changes, and claims, providing timely and accurate information to clients.
- Maintain client records and documentation, keeping information updated and organized.
- Collaborate with the insurance team to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
- Stay updated on insurance products, industry regulations, and company policies.
- Handle general office administrative tasks as needed.
