Farmers Insurance - Bryan Thomasson's Agency is seeking a motivated and ambitious Agent-in-Training to join our dynamic team. This position offers a unique opportunity to kickstart a rewarding career in the insurance industry with a strong focus on sales and client relationship-building. As an Agent-in-Training, you will receive comprehensive training to sell and cross-sell a range of personal and commercial insurance products, develop your sales strategies, and build lasting client relationships.
In this role, you will actively prospect for new clients, conduct sales calls, and work closely with potential clients to assess their insurance needs. You’ll gain valuable experience, develop critical sales and customer service skills, and have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of your clients by helping them secure the coverage they need.
Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Requirements
- High School Diploma: Or Equivalent .
- Eagerness to Learn and Grow in Insurance: A genuine interest in building a career in the insurance industry and developing new skills.
- Obtain Property and Casualty License: Must obtain your Property and Casualty license within a specified timeframe.
- Great Communication Skills: You enjoy talking to people, explaining things clearly, and building relationships with clients.
- Customer-Focused Mindset: You’re motivated by helping clients find solutions that fit their needs and give them peace of mind.
- Self-Motivated and Goal-Driven: Excited by the opportunity to meet challenges, set goals, and achieve targets with a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Actively seek new clients through calls, emails, networking, and referrals.
- Needs Assessments: valuate clients insurance needs and recommend tailored coverage.
- Sales Presentations and Negotiations: Present insurance products effectively and negotiate terms to close deals.
- Following Up: Follow up on leads, quotes, and renewals to close sales and build trust.
- Ongoing Training: Participate in training to improve sales skills and stay updated on products.
