$50K–$70K realistic first year, $80K–$100K+ for top performers.

Requirements
  • Comfortable being on the phone daily

  • Able to handle rejection
  • A Property & Casualty license is preferred but will train good individual.
Responsibilities
  • We provide leads, but you are also expected to prospect and build your own pipeline.
  • Solicit for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
  • Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
  • Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
