We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Licensed Insurance Producer to join our team. Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Requirements
Qualifications:
Active insurance license for applicable lines Property & Casualty, Life & Health.
Proven sales or customer service experience (insurance industry preferred).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed goals.
Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems, quoting software, and digital communication tools.
High school diploma or equivalent
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Consult with prospective and existing clients to assess insurance needs and recommend appropriate products.
Sell various types of insurance policies, including auto, home, life, or commercial lines.
Build and maintain a pipeline of leads through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, processing policy changes, and resolving client issues.
Maintain compliance with state insurance regulations and company policies.
Stay informed on industry trends, underwriting guidelines, and product offerings.
Achieve or exceed sales targets and performance goals.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and support for clients.
