As a Sales Consultant, you will guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process from initial conversation through delivery, with a focus on trust, transparency, and a memorable buying experience.

Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Requirements

Sales experience preferred (automotive experience is a plus, but not required).

Strong communication skills and a professional, customer-first mindset.

Highly organized with the ability to manage follow-up, appointments, and a sales pipeline consistently.

Comfortable using technology, CRM systems, and digital communication tools (text/email/video).

Proven ability to build rapport, earn trust, and maintain long-term client relationships.

Self-motivated, coachable, and committed to continuous improvement through training and feedback.

Must be able to work a flexible retail schedule, including Saturdays.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.


Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional, and service-first manner.
  • Build relationships in the local community and develop a strong online presence to grow a personal client base.
  • Conduct needs assessments and guide customers to the right vehicle based on lifestyle, budget, and usage.
  • Deliver confident vehicle walkarounds, feature demonstrations, and accompany customers on test drives.
  • Manage the full sales process from initial contact through delivery, ensuring accuracy and compliance at every step.
  • Use the CRM to manage follow-up, schedule appointments, and maintain a consistent pipeline (goal of 1–2 appointments per day).
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed store performance targets while maintaining a high-integrity customer experience.
  • Stay current on new products, trims, technology, and accessories and clearly communicate value to customers.
  • Maintain a clean, professional showroom and vehicle display areas, including seasonal tasks such as snow removal from display vehicles as needed.
