They are responsible for assisting both customers and service technicians in finding the necessary parts and accessories for vehicle maintenance and repairs. This role involves managing and cataloging inventory, handling sales transactions, and ensuring that parts are available when needed. Additionally, the Parts Counterperson must maintain knowledge of the latest industry trends and updates to vehicle parts to provide accurate information and recommendations. Their expertise supports the efficiency and effectiveness of service operations and enhances overall customer satisfaction.
