Salary Range: $30,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
• Make outbound and inbound sales calls daily
• Maintain required daily activity metrics (dials, talk time, quoted conversations, follow-ups)
• Quote and sell auto, home, and bundled policies
• Cross-sell and introduce life insurance opportunities
• Follow the agency’s sales process and scripts consistently
• Document all activity accurately in our systems (eAgent / CRM / JotForms)
• Complete daily follow-ups and pipeline management
• Ask for referrals and build client relationships
• Attend team meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing training
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude with customers and teammates
• Take ownership of personal production goals and results
• Continuously improve sales skills through coaching and feedback
• Represent The Broussard Agency brand with integrity and professionalism
