Responsibilities
- Learning & Growing: Through one-on-one mentorship, gain knowledge in sales strategies, insurance products, and customer service.
- Selling Insurance: Work with clients to find the best solutions for their insurance needs (auto, home, life, health, etc.).
- Relationship Building: Develop long-term relationships with clients, earning their trust and loyalty.
- Exceeding Goals: With the support of your mentor, set and crush your sales targets while advancing your career.
- Continuous Improvement: Take part in regular training sessions, workshops, and feedback to sharpen your sales skills.
