• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good computer skills (MS Office, Google Suite, or similar software)
• Strong communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus).
• Proficiency in using booking platforms and CRM systems.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a customer-first mindset.

Enter data into the system with high accuracy

Update and maintain records in the database

• Verify and cross-check data for accuracy
• Perform data cleansing tasks as required
• Accurately input and update client and booking information into our CRM and booking systems.
• Ensure all data entries are complete, consistent, and adhere to company standards.
• Handle sensitive client information with confidentiality and integrity.
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to understand their travel preferences and requirements.
• Provide personalized recommendations and advice on destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
