Farmers Insurance is looking for a motivated, entrepreneurial-minded individual who have an interest in owning their own business and becoming a Farmers Agent. We have 3 entry points, 1 of which allows you to start with an existing book of business and residual income. You would have the advantage and flexibility that comes with being a business owner, while earning immediate income from the existing agency’s revenue, in addition to your new business commissions.

Our program is designed to provide you the freedom to learn and develop into your insurance career without leaving your current job, until you are ready.

You are in control of all the aspects of the business, you work your own hours, all with our help and guidance.

Salary Range: $30,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year

• A Property & Casualty license is preferred but will train good individual.

• No insurance experience required but must be willing to learn
• No bankruptcies within the last 5 years.
• Must obtain two State of Texas Insurance Licenses- Source material provided for success.

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
• Share training and education knowledge and expertise with team members.
• Generating insurance quotes.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Contact businesses and private individuals by telephone to promote products, services and/or referral programs.
• Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
• Stay up-to-date on industry market trends and best practices
• Uphold the wants and needs of your customers
• Provide policies to new clients and explain benefits/risks of the policy
