Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

•   Duration: 12-months

•   Training: Work alongside an Agency Owner to learn how to grow business and sell insurance products.

•   Additional Support: Professional coaching, district office team support, and award-winning training.

•   Qualifications: Open to individuals from all backgrounds.

•   Excellent communication and leadership skills.

•   Ability to build rapport and relationships.

•   Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.

•   Reliability and commitment.

•   Preferred: Sales and customer service experience.

•   Licensing Requirements: If not currently licensed, the candidate must be willing to obtain two insurance licenses:

        1.   TX-General Lines Property & Casualty

        2.   General Lines Life, Accident & Health
