This role offers 3 days out of the office and 2 days in the office per week once training has been completed.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Loan Processor to assist in document collection, income calculations, file preparation, and lender coordination. This hybrid remote role offers a competitive base salary, bonuses per file, and increased autonomy over time. You will play a vital role in ensuring loan applications are accurate, complete, and processed efficiently while maintaining strong communication with clients, lenders, and agents. Requirements
  • Technical & Analytical Skills – Strong ability to assess and process complex financial documents with accuracy.
  • Income Calculation Proficiency – Experience reviewing and calculating income from various sources, including self-employment.
  • Document Review & File Management – Exceptional attention to detail in organizing and verifying loan applications.
  • Computer & Software Proficiency – Comfortable using spreadsheets, CRM/LOS systems, cloud storage, and email communication.
  • Basic Understanding of Loan Guidelines – Willingness to learn lender requirements, compliance regulations, and industry standards.
Responsibilities
  • Document Collection & Review – Gather, verify, and organize all required loan documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Income Calculation – Analyze payslips, tax returns, and bank statements to determine borrower income across various employment types.
  • File Preparation & Submission – Compile loan application packages and submit them to lenders according to their guidelines.
  • Client Communication – Provide regular updates to borrowers, answer questions, and guide them through the loan process.
  • Agent Support – Assist loan agents with administrative tasks, loan structuring, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
  • Lender Coordination – Communicate with underwriters and loan officers to address conditions and facilitate smooth loan approvals.
