We're looking for a bilingual Customer Service Representative who is passionate about helping people, thrives in a fast paced environment, and wants to build a long term career in the insurance industry.

Salary Range: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Requirements
Required
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Minimum 2 years of insurance industry experience OR customer service experience in a professional environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable making outbound phone calls
- Excellent attention to detail and follow through
- Positive attitude and team oriented mindset
Preferred
- Active Nevada Property & Casualty License
- Active Nevada Life & Health License
- Previous experience working in an insurance agency
- Experience with policy servicing, retention, or account management

Responsibilities
Customer Service & Client Support
- Provide outstanding service to clients by phone, email, and in person
- Assist customers with policy questions, billing concerns, and coverage changes
- Welcome and onboard new clients to the agency
- Follow up on policy requirements, signatures, and documentation
- Maintain accurate customer records and household information
Renewal & Retention Management
- Review upcoming policy renewals and identify opportunities to improve coverage or pricing
- Contact clients proactively before policy renewals
- Assist clients with payment arrangements and policy retention efforts
- Re-shop policies when appropriate
- Schedule policy review appointments with agency producers
Account Growth
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for auto, home, life, and business insurance
- Request referrals and online reviews from satisfied clients
- Support agency growth through relationship building and exceptional service
