Salary Range: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Requirements
- Bilingual: English & Spanish required
- Nevada Property, Casualty, Life, and Health License required
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a professional setting
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Detail-oriented and dependable
- Comfortable making outbound calls
Responsibilities
Client Onboarding & Support
Welcome and onboard all new clients with exceptional service
Follow up on document signatures and carrier requirements
Request reviews and referrals
Cross-sell missing personal lines coverage
Maintain accurate household and contact information
Renewal Management
Review all upcoming renewals for rating comparisons
Communicate proactively with clients prior to renewal
Manage renewal payments to avoid lapses
Re-shop renewals when needed
Schedule in-office “FFR” (Full Financial Review) appointments
Client Retention
Proactively contact clients in danger of cancellation
Follow up on cancelled accounts eligible for reinstatement
Complete daily call sheets
Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional lines of business
