Are you interested in owning your own insurance agency but would like to gain experience working in an established and successful agency first?
The Protege Agent program may be exactly what you're looking for!
We provide PAID TRAINING so no experience is necessary to begin your career in insurance. Sales and customer service experience is helpful, but not required. You will spend 12 months learning the ropes of how to sell insurance, build your own team, and then open your own insurance agency.
This is a paid internship which offers a competitive base salary, plus commissions, for an uncapped earning potential. You're in charge of your own income based on your work ethic and effort!

Requirements
- Successfully pass the NV property & casualty exam & obtain license
- Successfully pass the NV life & health exam & obtain license
- Must work well in a team environment, as well as independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent customer service skills
Responsibilities
- Generate insurance quotes for new and existing clients
- Review coverage and make informed recommendations to best suit your clients' needs
- Complete outbound calls to potential prospects
- Have an outgoing personality and positive attitude
- Build strong relationships within your personal and professional networks
