Entry Level applicants will start with base of $36,000 + first year commissions average a total pay of around $50,000. Experienced employees will earn an average of $48,000 to $68,000 annually total between base and commissions.
Salary Range: $36,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Demonstrable sales or customer service experience and success.
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license (or eagerness to obtain, we will cover all licensing costs).
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience using CRM or POS systems to manage client interactions.
What Success Looks Like:
- Complete and ship 50 new quotes per week and generate $50,000+ in new policy premiums per month.
- Improve sales conversion rates over time through use of Agency Zoom CRM system, sales training and experience.
- Provide excellent customer service to encourage referrals and positive online reviews.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Quoting and Sales - Engage daily with leads through CRM tools and calls, provide insurance quotes, and close sales.
- Prospecting & Lead Generation - Use established in-house customer leads, bought external leads, and referrals to acquire new clients.
- Customer Consultation - Guide clients through coverage choices and policy selection process with clear guidelines.
- Performance Tracking - Maintain accurate records in the CRM systems and meet sales goals.
