We believe in paying exceptionally well for outstanding performance. For this role, you will enjoy the fruits of your labor with a scaled structure that allows you to make higher commission for more work brought in. Top producers will earn higher than the posted range on a consistent basis.

Salary Range: $36,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Property & Casualty insurance license is required for the role, we offer 100% licensing assistance if you do not have it
  • Previous sales experience is required; minimum 2 years customer facing in retail, restaurant, phone sales or similar
  • Track record of sales success and ability to achieve high sales targets
  • Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior
  • Must be coachable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Personal confidence and strong negotiation skills
Responsibilities
  • Develop insurance quotes, offer multi line coverage opportunities and write new business
  • Take live calls, cold call warm leads and direct dial lapsed leads on daily basis
  • Update and maintain CRM database of current and potential customers
  • Stay informed about competing products and services
  • Grow sales revenue by via phone and email to close potential clients or win back former clients
