We are seeking an Insurance Sales Representative who wants to grow with us. This role is designed as a long-term career path with structured coaching, strong lead flow, and clear income growth tied to performance.   • Base salary of $38,400–$48,000 based on experience
  • Year-end total would be $50,000+ with base salary + commissions
  • Paid on renewals
