We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Agent to join our growing agency. The ideal candidate will help clients identify their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions across a range of products, including auto, home, life, and commercial insurance. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance coverage
• Explain policy features, benefits, and exclusions clearly
• Generate quotes, process applications, and manage policy renewals
• Follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
• Assist clients with claims and provide ongoing support
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals
