Requirements
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and competitive in nature
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and grow
  • A team player with leadership potential
  • Committed to doing the right thing for clients, honest, ethical, and trustworthy
  • Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus
  • Must be able to obtain or currently hold a Property & Casualty license (Life license a plus)

  • Crush goals like a quota killer - consistently hit and exceed production targets
  • Stay organized and relentless with CRM tools to track leads, follow up, and never miss a beat
