• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus
• Must be able to obtain or currently hold a Property & Casualty license (Life license a plus)

• Prospect and generate new business through networking, referrals, and community engagement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by offering tailored insurance solutions
• Educate clients on coverages for auto, home, life, and business insurance products
• Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to policy issuance
• Stay informed about industry trends, underwriting guidelines, and carrier updates
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly production goals
• Track leads, manage tasks, and follow up using agency CRM systems
• Participate in team training, development sessions, and agency growth initiatives
