Requirements
• Sales Experience
• Have an active P&C license
• Have (or be willing to obtain) an active L&H license
Responsibilities
• Work closely with customers to provide an excellent sales experience.
• Become an expert in offering Farmers P&C and L&H products.
• Actively pursue leads through cold calling, referrals, networking, and community involvement
• Build a plan for your own future career options with support from a mentor agent
