We’re hiring an Entry-Level Insurance Sales Representative to join our high-performing team. In this role, you’ll help individuals and families protect what matters most by introducing and selling a full range of insurance products. You'll enjoy a flexible schedule, a friendly work environment, and the chance to grow into a future agent role.   • Base salary starting at $36,000. First-year earning potential is around $60,000

Requirements
  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Sales experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities
  • Reach out to prospective clients to introduce auto, home, life, and other insurance products
  • Generate leads through calls, referrals, networking, and local outreach
  • Conduct follow-ups and client reviews to cross-sell or upsell coverage
  • Collaborate with the team to meet sales goals and grow the agency
  • Obtain Property & Casualty and Life licenses within the first few months
