We are seeking to hire a Customer Service Representative who has a strong desire to help customers with any of our service-related tasks.

As a Licensed P&C Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for the agency. You will be answering the phones, helping with tasks such as applying payments, answering billing questions, making policy changes, assisting with the claims process, and helping our sales team to ensure we provide world class service to our clients.

Candidates must have a valid P&C Insurance License AND a minimum 1 years’ experience in the Property & Casualty Insurance industry, preferably in a captive agency setting in order to be considered. Only candidates meeting these minimum requirements will be contacted. 

Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

• Currently possess a valid Property & Casualty Insurance License *Required*
• MUST have a minimum 1 year insurance industry experience *Required*
• MUST have a minimum 2 years’ customer service experience in an office setting
• Have a proven track record of dependability & reliability – showing up to work as scheduled, on time.
• Remote candidates must have prior remote experience, and a quiet, dedicated office space to work from
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.

• Answer phones, politely greet walk in customers
• Assist current customers with service-related tasks, including but not limited to processing payments, making changes to existing polices, troubleshooting billing questions, assisting with the claims process
• Assist the sales team to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
• Ask each customer for referrals and recommendations
• Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
• Maintain client relationships with follow up phone calls.
• Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers
• Manage and maintain a positive office environment and perform any other office related tasks
