Our award winning local Allstate Agency is seeking a P&C licensed insurance representative that will assist with onboarding our new customers and make their transition to Allstate SEEMLESS! In addition, you will work alongside our customer service team who provide thousands of clients the friendly, personalized service that our agency is known for.

Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

· Ability to manage several tasks at once and remain organized
· Valid IL P&C license REQUIRED
· SIGNING BONUS available to P&C Licensed Applicants with prior Allstate experience
· Coordinate onboarding tasks with our sales team members and our new clients
· Assist new clients with cancelling their prior policies via conference call, email, or fax
· Provide feedback to management to help improve customer onboarding processes.
· Document and notate your work as required
· Assist our existing customers with day to day servicing tasks (vehicle changes, added drivers, claims, etc.)
· Answer on average 15-25 inbound phone calls per day
· Manage your tasks in an effective and efficient manor
· Identify and act on opportunities to expand our clients insurance portfolio when appropriate
