If you are someone that is a TOP PRODUCER, (can prove selling 40+ items / month) that has a POSITIVE ATTITUDE, and a DESIRE TO DEVELOP YOUR CAREER, then we want to talk to YOU!

As a Licensed Sales Producer, you will sell, market, and service our Allstate insurance products to both new and existing customers. Helping individuals and families secure their tomorrows and protect them from the unexpected is our mission. 

We offer TOP COMPENSATION ($125,000 + for top producers), GUARANTEED LEADS, and ONGOING TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT!

We currently have REMOTE or IN PERSON opportunities.

Total Compensation Package Includes Base Salary + Commissions + Bonus Opportunities =  Range: $60,000.00 - $125,000+ per year NO CAP COMMISSIONS – sell more, earn more!

Hands on Training

·           Valid Property & Casualty Insurance License REQUIRED

·           Previous insurance experience in a captive agency setting (Allstate Preferred) REQUIRED

·           Proven sales track record – must provide reports or references to verify sales production

·           Have a competitive desire to succeed

·           Dependability and reliability is a must

·           Be open to coaching, participate in team meetings, and learn WITH US

·           Ability to stay disciplined in a remote work environment

·           Self starters with a sense of urgency to get the job done right

·        Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.

·        Make outbound calls to provided qualified warm leads

·        Recommend tailored insurance coverages specific to each customer

·        Document and notate your work as required

·        Manage and organize a sales pipeline
