Job Overview

The Insurance Sales Support Representative plays a key role in engaging potential clients, assisting licensed agents, and ensuring a smooth sales process from start to finish. This position requires strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for helping people find the right coverage.

Note: To earn commissions on policy sales, an active license in Property & Casualty and Life Insurance is required.

Spanish-speaking candidates are highly preferred.

Salary Range: $24,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

Requirements

Charismatic and professional communicator

Licensed in Property & Casualty and Life Insurance (or willing to obtain for long-term growth)

Spanish-English bilingual preferred

Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections with confidence

Organized and detail-oriented with strong time management

Familiar with CRM systems and digital tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)

Driven, goal-oriented, and eager to grow in the insurance industry

Prior experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing is a plus

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate interest and set appointments

Qualify leads and gather relevant information for quotes

Support licensed agents by preparing applications, documents, and follow-up communication

Communicate with clients in both English and Spanish

Help maintain accurate client records and update the CRM system

Follow up on warm leads via phone, text, and email

Assist with cross-selling opportunities in Property & Casualty and Life Insurance

Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to support campaigns and promotions

Deliver outstanding client service throughout the sales process
