As our Sales Assistant, you’ll be the friendly face and persuasive voice that helps us connect with clients. You’ll assist in generating leads, nurturing relationships, and supporting the sales process from first contact to deal close. If you’re energetic, confident, and a natural communicator with a passion for people, we want you on our team!

This position requires fluency in Spanish (spoken and written), as a large portion of our clients are Spanish-speaking and we strive to provide excellent, personalized service in their preferred language.

Salary Range: $24,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

A charismatic, outgoing, and professional communicator

Fluent in both Spanish and English (spoken and written)

Sales experience or customer-facing experience preferred

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Comfortable making phone calls and building rapport quickly

Tech-savvy and familiar with CRM tools and Microsoft/Google Suite

A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn

Interest in or knowledge of insurance is a plus

Support the sales team with daily administrative and client-facing tasks

Reach out to leads via phone, email, or in-person (as needed)

Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking clients and prospects

Help manage the CRM system and ensure accurate record keeping

Assist with quotes and policy applications for Property & Casualty and Life Insurance

Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales materials

Follow up with prospects and clients to maintain strong relationships

Assist in organizing sales campaigns, events, and promotions

Work closely with marketing and account teams to align strategies
