Requirements

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on client interaction and internal collaboration.

Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.

Customer Focus: A genuine interest in helping clients and providing top-notch service to meet their insurance needs.

Detail-Oriented: Keen attention to detail when processing paperwork and handling client information.

Insurance Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of insurance products and procedures is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

Client Assistance: Provide exceptional customer service to clients by answering the phone, processing payment, chatting with our Customer service team and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Claims Processing: Assist clients with filing insurance claims, documenting information accurately, and coordinating with insurance carriers for timely resolution.

Policy Maintenance: Ensure client policies are up-to-date, accurate, and meet their insurance needs by reviewing coverage options and making recommendations as necessary.

Documentation: Maintain organized and detailed records of client interactions, policy changes, and claim processing for reference and compliance purposes.

Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, insurance carriers, and team members to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
