Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as an Auto Technician, preferably within a dealership environment.

Certification: ASE Certification is preferred, or willingness to obtain certification within 6 months of hire.

Skills: Proficient in diagnosing vehicle issues using diagnostic tools and software.

Communication: Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers.

Attention to Detail: Keen eye for identifying issues and ensuring high-quality repairs and maintenance.

Physical Fitness: Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.

Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and develop effective solutions to mechanical problems.

Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct thorough inspections to identify and rectify vehicle defects, ensuring all required maintenance is completed swiftly.

Repair Services: Perform a range of services such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake adjustments, and system diagnostics.

Technical Expertise: Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and technology to diagnose vehicle issues accurately.

Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with service advisors and other technicians to ensure timely repairs and customer satisfaction.

Documentation: Accurately document services performed and provide detailed information on repairs and parts required.
