Requirements

Experience: Prior sales experience in the automotive industry or a related field is preferred. Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Customer-Focused: A customer-centric mindset with a dedication to delivering exceptional service. Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment. Professionalism: Present a professional image and demeanor when interacting with customers and colleagues. Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Interact with customers to understand their vehicle preferences and guide them through the sales process.

Sales Process: Manage the sales process from initial contact to vehicle delivery, ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience for the customer.

Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our vehicle inventory and features to effectively communicate the benefits to customers.

Negotiation: Work with customers to reach a mutually beneficial agreement on vehicle pricing and financing options.

Customer Follow-Up: Provide post-sale support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues in various departments to deliver a seamless customer experience.
