Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in automotive sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership position.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team motivation and goal achievement.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and team members.
  • Customer Focus: Dedication to providing exceptional customer service and building long-lasting customer relationships.
