Requirements
  • No insurance experience required but must be willing to learn,

Responsibilities
  • Meet new appointment goals and objectives as established.
  • Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
  • Document each client contact in eAgent.
  • Immediately greet all clients, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
  • Ask each client for referrals and explain our referral program.
  • Treat each client contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
  • Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each client contact and update customer information.
  • Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring.
  • Return all phone messages promptly.
  • Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
  • Provide exceptional client service and support.
  • Be outstanding at relationship building.
  • Cold call, direct email and perform other lead generation activities.
  • Obtain prospects information such as name, address, vehicle information and enter into quote sheets.
  • Maintains phone time or appointment quota as determined by management.
  • Contact businesses and private individuals by telephone to promote products, services and/or referral programs.
  • Grow appointments by utilizing phone, email and potential client lists.
  • Work independently and as part of a team.
