  • MUST HAVE INSURANCE EXPERIENCE
  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be coachable.
  • Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
  • Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
  • Professional phone etiquette.
  • Great Customer Service Skills.
  • Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
  • Quoting and rating of new and existing customers.
  • Ordering and processing renewal and change requests
  • Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty. 
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
