The Bilingual Insurance Customer Service and Sales Representative (CSSR) will be responsible for handling a variety of front-facing duties, including assisting customers with complaints and questions, selling insurance products and services, and developing leads. This role requires fluency in Spanish and English to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base.
Salary Range: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
Strong customer service orientation with excellent telephone and computer skills.
Basic math and computer skills.
Ability to write legibly and communicate clearly with professionalism and courtesy.
Experience:
Experience in customer service and/or inside sales.
Customer Interaction:
Answer product and service questions in Spanish and English.
Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls.
Follow up with previous customers to offer reorders or additional services in their preferred language.
Sales and Lead Development:
Suggest additional insurance products and services to potential and current customers in both languages.
Develop leads by checking customer buying history and suggesting related items in the customer's preferred language.
Close sales and achieve sales targets.
Administrative Support:
Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Maintain a database of current and potential customers.
