• Active Texas General Lines or Personal Property & Casualty Insurance license required.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Be a self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Great customer service skills both verbal and written.
• Pass a background check that covers state, Federal and County Criminal History.
• Active General Lines Life, Accident & Health license is preferred but not required

• Work in Rowlett Agency office Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 5:30 pm.
• Present and explain insurance policy options based on client needs and personal goals
• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established with your Agent
• Prospect and generate new business from agency provided leads and referrals
• Foster strong relationships with clients and maintain client retention and product loyalty
• Follow up to assure satisfaction with inquiries, sales and solutions to problems
