Farmers Insurance - Yoder Agency is seeking a Customer Service and Sales Representative with a revenue-driven mindset. As a Customer Service and Sales Representative, you will have attention to detail, follow-through and eagerness to market our products are very important in handling daily activities of the office. A Customer Service and Sales Representative must have good organizational skills and an ability to prioritize. Salary Range: $25,500.00 - $47,500.00 per year

Requirements
- Customer service experience
- Two plus years of insurance experience preferred
- Property and Casualty Licensed, or obtain in 90 days
Responsibilities
- Handling customer issues and claims.
- Performing cross selling sales activities.
- Increase revenue for the agency via phone sales
- Must be proficient on the computer.
- Able to attend client events as needed
