Requirements
Must obtain Property & Casualty insurance license through the Texas Department within 30 days of employment
Must obtain Life & Health insurance license within 30 days of employment
Sales experience preferred but not required; we'll train the right attitude
Insurance industry experience is a plus, but not necessary
Responsibilities
Calling and quoting prospects, and obtaining all required documents and signatures for new business accounts.
Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with clients
Review existing policies annually and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities
Respond promptly to client inquiries and policy questions
Maintain accurate, organized client records and documentation
