High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a lube technician or similar role.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of automotive systems.
Familiarity with diagnostic equipment and automotive tools.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to manage inventory and order supplies efficiently.
Experience with scheduling and supervising a small team (preferred).
ASE Certifications (preferred).

Perform oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and other basic maintenance services with precision and efficiency.
Inspect vehicles for potential issues and recommend additional services to customers.
Educate customers on the importance of regular maintenance and available services.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored.
Manage inventory of parts and supplies, ordering as needed to maintain stock levels.
Schedule and oversee the work of lube technicians, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
Handle customer inquiries and provide a positive service experience.
Technical Oversight: Oversee preventive maintenance services (oil changes, filter replacements, fluid checks).
