Strong understanding of automotive financing options and regulations.

Excellent negotiation and customer service skills.

Proficiency in dealership CRM and financing software.

Ability to build rapport and trust with customers.

Valid driver's license.

Assist in managing and grow the dealership's special finance program.

Work directly with customers to understand their financing needs and guide them through the process.

Build and maintain relationships with subprime lenders and financing partners.

Review and analyze customer credit applications.

Structure deals to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Train and mentor sales staff on special finance procedures and best practices.

Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
